Find meetings
Your AI agent searches meetings by title or date with list_meetings, so “yesterday’s design review” opens the right one.
AI agents may have missed the meeting context, but Sembly didn't.
Sembly MCP gives your agent read access to the meetings in your Sembly account.
Your AI agent searches meetings by title or date with list_meetings, so “yesterday’s design review” opens the right one.
With get_meeting, your agent reads the summary, decisions, and key items and applies the context to the task.
With list_tasks, your agent extracts the action items assigned to you and plans your day around them.
claude mcp add sembly --transport http https://mcp.sembly.ai/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN" # Then start Claude and run /mcp # A green tick next to sembly means you're connected.
Sembly MCP stays disabled until a Workspace Admin turns it on for the workspace.
Each member creates and manages their own token, so access follows the person.
An agent sees the meetings recorded in or shared with your account, nothing more.
Separate MCP servers keep requests in the region where your account data resides.
Sembly MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol server. It lets MCP clients such as Claude, Cursor, and n8n read the meeting data available to you in your Sembly account, so you can use that context in chatbots, AI IDEs, and AI workflows.
Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and n8n all connect to Sembly MCP, along with any other client that supports remote HTTP MCP servers with a Bearer token.
Your agent can find meetings recorded in or shared with your Sembly account by title or date, and review their Meeting Notes and Key Items. The MCP server doesn't provide full transcripts, so the agent can't quote a meeting verbatim or search its contents for a specific topic.
A Workspace Admin opens Settings › Notes › Automations and turns on Allow workspace users to use MCP in the MCP Access block. After that, every workspace member can create an MCP token and add Sembly to their client.
Sembly MCP is available on Pro, Max, and Enterprise plans.
