Any PII shared with us is used ONLY to provide service features such as account registration and access to service, not for any other purpose. We NEVER share content outside of our organization other than with specified subprocessors.

No. Sembly Basic is limited to 1 user per workspace.

Does the Basic plan record video?

No. Sembly Basic plan captures audio and produces meeting transcripts and summaries. Standard video recording is a Pro feature and HD video is available on MAX.

How long does Sembly keep my meetings?

The Sembly Basic plan retains meetings for 12 months from the recording date. After 12 months, recordings are removed from your account.

Sembly Pro keeps meetings for 24 months and MAX offers unlimited retention.
