We’re excited to introduce the latest Sembly updates!
With our newest Meeting Notes feature, we have consolidated Glance View summaries and Meeting Minutes into a unified experience. Sembly Meeting Notes are easier to use, provide more complete meeting insights, support multiple languages, generate faster, and can be easily shared across your team.
No more switching between tabs or pages, everything you need is now in one place, making your post-meeting experience more efficient and productive.
Before daving in, let’s see what’s changed.
How has your experience changed
Before June 5, opening a meeting, you used to land on an AI-generated Glance page with outlined topics of the meeting.
Looks great, ready-to-go for sharing with your teammates.
But what if I feel like some changes should be made there?
In this case, you opened another tab, Minutes. A few additional clicks to generate a summary, edits made, and a document ready to be sent out. According to our customers’ feedback, it was great but took additional time and steps that were not always convenient.

After the update: Meet All-New Meeting Notes
We hear you, we are with you. That’s why we are introducing a new Meeting Notes!
The following features are now available in one consolidated and intuitive interface:
- AI Summary: Quickly understand the key points of your meetings without having to sift through hours of dialogue.
- Intelligent Timeline: Navigate effortlessly through notes from your meeting generated automatically by AI. Each topic is clearly defined with detailed bullet points, allowing you to quickly recall key discussions and decisions.
- Notes Your Way: Edit any aspect of the Meeting Notes in the same view, share a link to the Notes with your team, or download them as a PDF!
- In Your Language: Meeting Notes will appear in the same language the meeting was conducted in. For mixed-language meetings, Sembly will pick the language most approriate for that meeting.
If you feel a bit nostalgic, prior experience is partly available in previously recorded meetings.
If you open meetings created before Jun 4, 2023, in the Meeting Notes tab, you will see Meeting Minutes saved as you generated and edited them.
Say ‘Ni Hao’ to 28 new BETA languages! 🌍
At Sembly AI, we believe in the power of communication, and language should never be a barrier.
We are thrilled to announce that Sembly now supports 28 new BETA languages in addition to English — 35 languages in total! You can conduct your meeting in any of these languages or switch back and forth between English and any other supported language during the same meeting!
