Experience notes that are perfectly aligned with your meeting’s purpose. Sembly now offers specialized meeting notes formats, automatically tailored to your meeting’s type.
To experience the new meeting notes format, you must enable this feature in your workspace settings. Supported meeting types include:

New Integrations ⚙️
- Notion Workspace-Wide Integration: Organize all your meeting notes and tasks in a unified Notion database, making collaboration and tracking across your organization seamless.
- Monday Workspace-Wide Integration: Keep all your meetings and tasks aligned on a unified Monday board, ensuring your team stays on top of every action item.
- Slack Integration: Receive meeting recaps directly in Slack. Each participant gets a DM with a recap, making it easy to revisit and review meetings right within Slack.
Enhanced privacy features 🔐
You can now notify all meeting participants that an upcoming meeting will be recorded by Sembly, by sending them an email 10 minutes prior to the meeting. This feature can be enabled in Workspace Settings.
Analytics Dashboard Enhancement 📊
We have updated the formulas for how we calculate time and FTE saved by automated meeting notes. The updated calculation is reflected in your Analytics Dashboard effective immediately. The new dashboard is available to workspace admins on Team and Enterprise plans.
