Video Capture 📹
Sembly now captures meeting video for Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meetings! Video capture is available on all paid plans.
You can watch the recorded meeting by clicking the Video button next to the audio player at the bottom of each meeting page.
Workspace Analytics Dashboard 📊
The Workspace Analytics Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your workspace meeting attendance and how Sembly saves time on meeting notes and other manual activities.
The new dashboard is available to workspace admins on Team and Enterprise plans.
Data Retention Options ✔️
The data retention feature allows you to specify how long a meeting remains in Sembly before it is automatically deleted.
Workspace Admins can find this setting on the Workspace Details page. This setting is available on all plans.
Manager Auto-share 👥
The new functionality enables automatic sharing of your meetings with your designated manager. The manager, once assigned, gains access to all your upcoming meetings.
This feature is exclusive to users with Enterprise plans.
New CRM Integrations ⚙️
Streamline your CRM workflows with additional integrations into Zoho CRM and Microsoft Dynamics, along with our existing integrations list.
Sembly simplifies the process by automatically sync’ing meeting notes with your CRM contacts, using participant emails as a reference. Workspace-level CRM integrations are available on Team and higher plans.
